The Crowne Plaza Pensacola Grand Hotel is the conference hotel. The NCPH room rate is $125/night. Clickhere or call (850) 433-3336 and ask for “Room Reservations” to reserve a room from the “CPH” block. Reservations must be made by March 4, 2011. A block of rooms has been added at the Courtyard Pensacola Downtown. The room rate is $159/night. Call (850) 439-3330 to reserve a room. Tell them you are with NCPH. Reservations must be made by March 11.
Another block of rooms has been reserved for grad students at the Solé Inn (http://www.soleinnandsuites.com/). The grad student rate is $79/night. Call (888) 470-9298 for reservations. Reservations must be made by March 5.
A shuttle will run between the Crowne Plaza Pensacola, the Solé Inn, the Courtyard Pensacola Downtown, and Historic Pensacola Village beginning late in the morning on April 6. Please see the program for shuttle hours.
As of March 1, the Crowne Plaza only has smoking rooms remaining in the NCPH block and the Solé Inn has no more rooms available.
It is possible that a room may open up at one of these hotels due to a cancellation. So, if you want to stay at one of these hotels, feel free to call and ask if they have anything available.
