The Call for Proposals is available here.  The Call for Proposals is now closed.  The submission deadline was July 15, 2013 at 11:59 pm EDT.  Proposers will be informed of their acceptance status in September.  Please note that all accepted presenters must register for the annual meeting.


Call for Posters – now closed

Call for Working Group Discussants – now closed

Call for Dine Around Topics – now closed

We’re looking for volunteers to suggest a topic for ‘Dine Arounds’ on Thursday, March 20, 7:00 pm. Volunteer facilitators pick a focus for the dinner conversation, select a nearby restaurant (see the list of recommendations on p. 13 of the Program) and make dinner reservations, and agree to lead their group to dinner. Participants simply stop by the conference registration desk to sign up on the dine around list of their choice. (Space is limited, but it’s free; participants cover the cost of their own dinner.) Email NCPH at ncph [at] iupui.edu to suggest a topic by February 12, 2014.
