The Call for Proposals is now closed.  All proposals were due July 15, 2014 at 11:59 pm EDT.  Proposers will be informed of their acceptance status in September.  Please note that all accepted presenters must register for the annual meeting by November 15, 2014 to secure their space on the Program.

Call for Posters

Call for Working Group Discussants

The Call for Working Group Discussants is now closed.  The submission deadline was October 15, 2014. Proposers will be informed of their acceptance by November.  Please note that all accepted discussants must register for the annual meeting.

Call for Dine Around Topics

We’re looking for volunteers to suggest a topic for ‘Dine Arounds’ on Thursday, April 16, 7:00 pm. Volunteer facilitators pick a focus for the dinner conversation, select a nearby restaurant (see the list of recommendations click here) and make dinner reservations, and agree to lead their group to dinner. Participants simply stop by the conference registration desk to sign up on the dine around list of their choice. (Space is limited, but it’s free; participants cover the cost of their own dinner.) Email NCPH at ncph [at] iupui.edu to suggest a topic by January 30, 2015.
