    Hello all!
I’m a PhD Student in Public History/American History from Loyola Chicago. This will be my second conference and I’m serving as a volunteer on Saturday morning. I am wondering if there are any other graduate students or young professionals attending the conference who may be interested in sharing a room at the conference hotel. I plan on arriving in Baltimore on March 16th (although that’s relatively flexible), and leaving March 20th (also possibly flexible). Looking forward to the conference! Thanks!

    1. Hi Chelsea, I realize I might be a little late, but has anyone contacted you about the possible room share during the NCPH Conference?

I graduated from the Archives and Public History program at NYU last May and I work in Digital Humanities at the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History. I will be arriving Wednesday but planning to leave Friday (not staying Friday night). This will be my third NCPH Conference.

Sorry for the late contact and thanks!

    Hello,

I am a recent graduate from the Public History program at American University. This will be my second conference. I am driving up from Alexandria, VA on Wed. March 16 (sometime late morning early afternoon) and back on Saturday March 19 (flexible). I have a single king bed, however, I believe I am allowed a rollaway or sofa bed. I know that’s not exactly comfortable, but at least it is a little more cost effective. Also, you will be in the same hotel as the conference–so no added travel! Please message me if you are interested.

Hi Sara! I’m an MA student in Public History at Middle Tennessee State. This will also be my second conference. I am flying in on March 16 and also leaving the 19th. I would love to share a room with you. Rollaway or sofa bed is fine if you can make sure from the hotel that it’s fine.

Hi Sara! I am also a recent MA grad from the University of Central Florida – and this is my second conference. I am very interested in sharing a room. Do you already have a room reserved? I’m flexible and willing to run the rollaway/sofa bed route if it will save us money!

Send me an email or text at 4074540669 if you’re interested.

      Thanks,
      Ashley

Hi, I’m a PhD student in Western/Public History at University of Utah. I’ve got a room at the Days Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor, which Google Maps tells me is 9 minutes’ walk from the conference hotel, the 17th, 18th and 19th. I’m happy to share if anybody is interested.
Email me at [email protected] or text me at 406-581-4678.

Looking forward to my first NCPH conference!
