On the Fly Proposals
NCPH seeks brief proposals for discussions to be held onsite at our 2018 conference in Las Vegas this April 18-21. These “On the Fly” sessions are informally structured conversations, held in meeting rooms during blocks of regular conference programming. Attendees can discuss current events or issues that feel especially timely, important, or forward-looking.
By proposing an “On the Fly” topic, you commit to serve as the discussion leader and to help moderate the conversation should the topic be accepted. You do not need to prepare a formal presentation or PowerPoint slides. Just come equipped with a few points for discussion and see where the conversation goes!Read the full Call for Topics at http://bit.ly/ncphonthefly, and submit a proposal by March 16!
How should we advertise this discussion, list it in the errata sheet, refer to it on social media, etc.?
Please describe the topic you'd like to host a conversation about. In two paragraphs or less, let us know what you think NCPHers should be talking about and why it's relevant to our current moment.
Are you presenting on another session or in another format at the conference? It's okay if the answer is yes; just let us know in this box.
The following three blocks of time have been set aside for On the Fly discussions. Please select all of the days/times that would be possible for your schedule.
