Deadline Approaching! 2018 Proposals Due

July has arrived, and that means the #ncph2018 proposal deadline is just around the corner! If you want to get on the program and join NCPH next spring in Las Vegas, make sure to submit your session, working group, or workshop proposal by July 15 at 11:59 PM. Curious how an NCPH conference program is built?

  1. You submit a session, working group, or workshop proposal by July 15 at 11:59 PM. (This is the most important step – we can’t offer sessions that never get proposed!)
  2. Proposals are divvied up among members of the Program Committee for review; all proposals are evaluated by five people, ranked, and then the overall slate of proposals is discussed by the full committee.
  3. In September, you’ll be notified about the status of your proposal. If accepted, you’ll be asked to confirm your presenter lineup and descriptive text for the Program, and to register by November 1!
