Registration Open and Preliminary 2016 Conference Program Available

Join us in March as we “Challenge the Exclusive Past” in Baltimore, MD. This joint meeting with the Society for History in the Federal Government takes place March 16-19, 2016.

NCPH and SHFG are joining forces to present an engaging, inspiring, and innovative conference that will challenge you as a public historian. The Baltimore harbor will serve as a perfect backdrop to discussions that range from the application of ghosts in public history work to human rights archives and everything in between. In addition to over 70 sessions and working groups, we’re pleased to be offering 9 engaging workshops and 11 tours of Baltimore. Special events include the annual SHFG Roger R. Trask Lecture and a special National Park Service 100th Anniversary Symposium.
