Program Introduction

Since 1987 Armstrong Atlantic State University has offered an MA in History with a specialization in Public History, taking advantage of the amazing resources in Savannah and Coastal Georgia. The Masters program serves around twenty-five students a term in various tracks and has approximately fifty graduates who have specialized in Public History.

Internship Requirements

A six-hour Professional Internship is required as part of the regular coursework. Internships are created on an individual basis, tailored to the student's interest.
