The Development Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Development Team and oversees fundraising to meet the revenue goals of Tryon Palace as determined by the Executive Director.  This position also manages the membership program, annual fund campaigns, restricted gifts, sponsorships, grants, endowments, planned giving programs and capital campaigns. The Development Manager implements and manages successful fundraising events that create engagement and meet revenue or friend-raising goals.  The candidate for this position will be working directly with the Tryon Palace Foundation and its Board, but will be a North Carolina State employee.
