Dumbarton Oaks Research Library and Collection, an institute affiliated with Harvard University and located in Washington, DC, seeks a full-time Rare Book Collection Coordinator to facilitate the use and maintenance of the Rare Book Collection and Garden Archives under the direction the Curator of Rare Books. The successful candidate will assist with processing, conservation, reference questions, and exhibition work; identify and provide documentation on collection items for purposes of research, preservation, processing, and cataloging; manage photographic orders; support the creation and development of digital resources pertaining to the collection; participate in teaching, learning, and outreach activities; and monitor storage conditions for items in the collection.
