WANT FREE REGISTRATION TO THE NCPH/ASEH 2010 ANNUAL MEETING?
VOLUNTEER!
NCPH and ASEH are now seeking student volunteers to help with the Annual Meeting scheduled for March 10-14, 2010 in Portland, Oregon, “Currents of Change.”
We need student volunteers to help with registration, the exhibit hall, and special events. Those who volunteer will receive complimentary conference registration ($50 value). Fill out the application form (deadline is 2/15/2010) and fax or mail to the NCPH office or email it to cstypa@iupui.edu as soon as possible to work the time slot that fits best with your schedule! Applications will be considered, and time slots assigned, on a first-come first served-basis.

Wednesday 3/10:
11:00am-3:00pm (1 (filled) slot NCPH; 1 (filled) slot ASEH)
4:00pm-8:00pm (2 (2 filled) slots NCPH; 2 (2 filled) slots ASEH)
Thursday 3/11:
7:30am-11:30am (2 (2 filled) slots NCPH; 2 (2 filled) slots ASEH)
8:00am-12:00pm (1 (filled) slot NCPH or ASEH)
11:30am-3:30pm (2 (2 filled) slots NCPH; 2 slots ASEH)
12:00pm-4:00pm (1 (filled) slot NCPH or ASEH)
3:30pm-7:30pm (2 (2 filled) slots NCPH; 2 (1 filled) slots ASEH)
4:00pm-8:00pm (1 (filled) slot NCPH or ASEH)
7:30pm-10:30pm (1 (filled) slot NCPH or ASEH; heavy lifting)

REQUIREMENTS: NCPH volunteers must be members of NCPH, and ASEH volunteers must be members of ASEH. You are required to work at least one shift to get free registration. Anyone wishing to volunteer should be a graduate or undergraduate history or public history student. Volunteers are also required to be 21 or older.
INTERESTED? Fill out the 2010 Volunteer Application Form! Volunteers must also register for the conference (You will receive the comp code when accepted.) and any additional events by filling out the mail in/fax form or completing an online registration form.
