The Associate Educator assists the Curator of Education and Outreach with museum programming, both on and offsite, for the North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. This position will book, plan, and implement educational programming for Pre-K through 3rd grade. This position schedules and organizes school and children’s groups on the museum calendar. The Associate Educator maintains statistics on educational programs and program attendance and also maintains a database of contact information for local schools within the regional museum’s six county radius.

Salary Range: $39,224-$44,000/year
