    Newsletter ad

    Ads for September newsletter due August 10. September newsletter is not printed, but is emailed to our whole contact database (~11,000 people). Ads for December newsletter due November 1. This newsletter IS printed and sent to all members (~1500 people). For either, ads should be in color, 300+ DPI, PDF format preferred.

    Weekly email header ad

    Email header ad will run in NCPH's Public History News Update email blast to members at some point in August, September, or October 2026 (number of times depends on sponsorship level). Email header should be 1200x300 px, png file type.
    Email header should be 1200x300 px, png file type. If you prefer, we can make a header by adding your logo/branding and org name.
    Accepted file types: png, Max. file size: 128 MB.

    Social media recognition

    Please list any social media platforms/handles where you would like to be tagged in sponsor acknowledgments. NCPH uses Bluesky, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
    Please use the below box to provide any sample language you would like us to use in your sponsorship acknowledgment. We can point folks to a booth in the exhibit hall, highlight an event or program, share a web or project link, etc.
