In coordination with the Division Director, provide oversight and management of operations of North Carolina Museum of History, to include supervising of education, collections, curatorial, exhibits, and guest services.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Supervises Section Managers responsible for Education, Curatorial, Collections Management, Exhibits, and Guest Services
· Provides strategic leadership, operational excellence and innovative revenue generation
· Serves as a member of the Division of State History Museums Executive Leadership team
· Translates strategic priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes
· Fosters collaboration across museum sections (departments)
· Represents the museum and division with government officials, partners, professional organizations, and the public as needed

Salary Range: $63,927-$104,492/year
