Fort Walla Walla Museum is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to serve as the chief leader, strategist, and public ambassador for one of the region’s premier history museums. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for advancing the museum’s mission while overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic leadership of the organization.

The Executive Director will guide the museum’s long-term vision, strengthen community partnerships, and expand the impact of its programs, exhibitions, and collections. This role requires a collaborative leader who can inspire staff, volunteers, and supporters while ensuring sound financial management and organizational sustainability.

Fort Walla Walla Museum preserves and interprets the rich cultural history of the Walla Walla Valley and the broader Pacific Northwest. The Executive Director will play a key role in shaping the museum’s future and deepening its connection to the community.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000/year
