The Lead Visitor Experience Representative serves as the public face of USS Constitution Museum and is essential to fulfilling the Museum’s goal of creating a positive, memorable experience where visitors can learn and connect to history. Interacting with over 300,000 visitors annually, this position serves a dual-role by providing outstanding customer services at the admission desk and leading a range of hands-on experiences for family, student, and adult audiences throughout the exhibits. As a senior representative, this position is a part of the leadership of the Visitor Experience team and serves as a mentor within the department.
