Board and Nominating Committee Welcoming Nominees

The Nominating Committee seeks emerging leaders from within NCPH – individuals who are ready to contribute their perspectives, expertise, and energy – to help shape the future of our organization through Board and Nominating Committee service. While the committee tries to engage widely within membership, it is not possible to personally connect with every single member. This is why we established self-nomination process as a way to get to know future leaders.

If you are ready to take the next step in your public history career, and you are passionate about our mission or want us to improve on that, we want to hear from you. Self-nominations for Board or Nominating Committee elections are a meaningful way to raise your hand, share your vision, and get involved.

Last year’s election cycle featured a competitive slate of candidates and saw increased participation. This is the momentum we hope to build on this year.
