Deadline approaching! Submit an NCPH 2019 proposal by July 15

Session, workshop, and working group proposals for NCPH 2019 in Hartford, CT are due by July 15 via http://ncph.org/conference/2019-annual-meeting/.  On the main 2019 page you’ll find the CFP, links to the proposal forms, and contact information should you have any questions or concerns as you complete your proposal. New this year is the option to save your proposal as you go and complete it later; if you utilize this option, make sure to come back and submit by the deadline!
