Sign up for THATCamp at #ncph2017

Attending NCPH 2017? Join other digital explorers and enthusiasts for an afternoon of mini-workshops, conversation, and networking at the intersection of digital technology and public history work. From novices to experts, there’s something for everyone to learn and contribute!

THATCamp NCPH is an informal, inclusive, participatory experience modeled on The Humanities and Technology “unconferences” developed by the Center for History and New Media. This year’s THATCamp for public historians will include:

  • Instructional sessions on podcasting, mapping collections, and using content management systems;
  • A collaborative “maker” session that builds a digital public history glossary;
  • Open sessions that YOU propose & organize onsite.

There also will be time to workshop digital projects-in-progress. Bring a digital project to brainstorm or troubleshoot, or help your colleagues move their projects forward.

THATCamp NCPH
Wed. 3/19 12:00 – 5:00pm
$25

Coffee, tea & light snacks will be provided.

Tickets are still avaliable. You may register onsite on Wednesday before the workshop.
