Program Introduction
The undergraduate Public History Program at Central Michigan University was founded in 2011 to enrich and expand the forty year old interdisciplinary program in Museum Studies with a flexible program in a compatible field. The Public History Program will add classes in public history, archival administration, oral history, and cultural resource management to existing learning opportunities.
