Program Introduction

The graduate program in History at Simmons College was established in 1992. There are currently 80 students in the program, most of them completing a dual MS/MA with an Archives concentration in the Graduate School of Library and Information Science. The program has over 100 alumni, with about 12 students graduating on an annual basis.
