Project Details
During the War of 1812, USS Constitution completed three major cruises across the Atlantic Ocean. The ship's mission was to protect American shipping, seize British shipping, and attack British naval forces where possible.
These interactive maps, created based on entries from Constitution‘s logbooks, explore the ship’s voyages, the highs and lows of battle, and life at sea for Constitution’s crew from 1812 to 1815.
