Project Details

The Center for History of Physics at the American Institute of Physics has created and maintains several web exhibits on the history of the physical sciences. The topics covered range from an in-depth look at the life of Andrei Sakharov, to the history of the laser, to the history of the discovery of global warming. Many of the exhibits utilize audio or transcript excerpts from oral histories as well as photographs from the Niels Bohr Library and Archives.
