Call for Volunteers

We need 25 student volunteers to assist with registration, the exhibit hall, special events, and other miscellaneous duties at our 2015 conference. In exchange for your service, all volunteers will receive FREE conference registration (a $95 value). The deadline for volunteer applications is February 11, 2015. Please fill out the volunteer application linked below and email it to Meghan Hillman, the volunteer coordinator, at [email protected] as soon as possible to secure a time slot that works for your schedule. Volunteer shifts are four hours long. Please note that you will be unable to attend any conference activities during your volunteer shift (including sessions, working groups, workshops, and field trips/tours), so we suggest you take a look at theConference Program and plan accordingly when indicating your shift preferences.

Requirements: Volunteers must be enrolled students with a current NCPH membership in order to participate. Volunteers are required to work at least one full four-hour shift to qualify for free registration. Volunteers must be 21 years or older at the time of the conference.
