All staff meet or exceed the Secretary of Interior’s Professional Qualifications Standards (36 C.F.R. 61, Appendix A).

Our staff has successfully either listed, amended, expanded, or are in the process of listing over thirty NRHP listings, both individual and districts. We are focused on the successful coordination of historic preservation efforts with local agencies, consulting parties, and the public to successfully move projects through the required avenues. We have an in-depth understanding of the NRHP listing process, the local and state agencies and personnel directly involved, and the efforts necessary to result in successful listings. We have been firmly established in Louisville for over 15 years and have been actively involved in all aspects of historic preservation throughout the state and surrounding region, from authoring regulatory Section 106 reports, listing individual properties and districts in the NRHP, garnering nearly 50 Federal Historic Tax Credit Certifications and over 160 State Certifications leveraging over $425 million in investment, reviewing historic preservation ordinances, acquiring crowdsourced community support on local preservation efforts and countless other respects.
