Summer 2025 Internships
JUST PUBLISHED – PRESERVENET.ORG: Apply for paid Summer 2025 internships with the National Council for Preservation Education (N C P E) from now until the deadline of Feb 20. NCPE offers paid internships – starting at $18.50/hour – to college students and recent graduates in partnership with the National Park Service (NPS) at parks, NPS offices, and other Federal agencies across the U.S.
Interns work under the guidance and supervision of NPS staff, gaining work experience, exploring careers, and networking opportunities. There are over 45+ positions available starting in May at sites as diverse as the Brown v Board of Education National Historical Park in Topeka, KS; Dept of the Interior Museum in Washington, DC; National Register of Historic Places also in Washington, D.C.; Effigy Mounds National Monument in Harpers Ferry, IA; Golden Gate National Recreation Area in San Francisco, CA; Vicksburg National Military Park, Vicksburg, MS; NPS’s Center for Media Services in Charles Town, WV; National Underground Railroad Network-to-Freedom, a virtual internship; and BLM’s National Historic Oregon Trail in Baker City, OR.
