Public History News is the quarterly newsletter for members of the NCPH. It offers updates on NCPH activities, news on developments in the field, and timely information on upcoming conferences, fellowships, meetings, and position vacancies.
NOTE: In fall 2024 the NCPH Board voted to alter the methods of delivery for Public History News. Beginning with Volume 45, Number 1 we will no longer produce four print copies of the newsletter. We will still publish four issues per year, however only the December and June issues will be printed and mailed to members. The March and September issues will now be digital only copies. This change reflects cost-saving efforts on the part of the organization, as well as moving towards greater environmental sustainability as called for in our 2023-2028 Long Range Plan. For 1-2 months the current issue is available only to members, and then it is placed on the back issues list.

Advertising in Public History News
Public History News is published quarterly. The December/June issues are printed and mailed to all 2,000 NCPH members and subscribing institutions, and the March/September issues are published digitally for NCPH members and non-members alike. Specifications
Files for print ads should be submitted as 300 dpi, high resolution, image and font embedded, PDF or JPG files. Files submitted in other formats, or files requiring formatting, may require additional fees.
