CALL FOR POP-UPS

For the first time, NCPH is pleased to be opening a Call for Pop-Ups to set up in the exhibit hall during the Indianapolis meeting. Submissions via this form are due by January 15, 2017 at 11:59 PM EST. For more information, see the Call for Pop-Ups.

At past conferences, pop-up exhibits and activities have been informally arranged on a case-by-case basis with NCPH, and now we are pleased to open up this presentation opportunity to all. The pop-up format is, by nature, flexible and spontaneous. NCPH welcomes a wide variety of proposals and has no specific expectations in terms of materials or content; pop-ups will set up in the exhibit hall over the course of the Indianapolis meeting and should include elements that are visual and interactive.

CALL FOR WORKING GROUP DISCUSSANTS

The Call for Working Group Discussants has been extended. Submissions are due by October 23, 2016 at 11:59 EDT. For more information see the Call for Working Group Discussants. Proposers will be notified of their acceptance by November. Please note that all accepted presenters must register for the annual meeting within 6 weeks of their acceptance notification to secure their space on the Program.

NCPH working groups are seminar-like conversations of 8-10 people before and during the annual conference that explore, in-depth, a subject of shared concern. Working groups have a purpose they are working toward, a problem they are actively trying to solve.

CALL FOR POSTERS

The Call for Posters is now closed. Submissions were due October 1, 2016 at 11:59 EDT. Proposers will be notified of their acceptance by November. Please note that all accepted presenters must register for the annual meeting withing 6 weeks of their acceptance notification to secure their space on the Program.

Please note that all accepted presenters must submit a non-refundable registration for the annual meeting within 6 weeks of their acceptance notification to secure their space on the Program.
