Out with the old and in with the NEW

Welcome to the new ncph.org!

At last, we are excited to debut our brand-new website! The new site is mobile-friendly and will adapt to a variety of screen sizes. Along with a fresh look, a more user-friendly interface, and better access to NCPH’s digital publications, we’re especially excited to offer increased functionality to three of NCPH’s most popular resources:

• The new NCPH Jobs Board is searchable by public history subfield, region, and type of position. We’re also making it easier than ever for employers to submit positions directly through the website itself, and it’s still free!
• The new Consultants Directory also provides faceted search capabilities, and every consultant with an entry has their own unique page – great for linking from personal consulting websites. NCPH members who do consulting work, submit or update your entry today!
• Our Guide to Public History Programs is going to be better than ever! We’re still in the process of transferring data from the old Guide to the new one, but you can get a sneak peek of our Patron and Partner schools here. Each school will have their own page, and the guide will be searchable by a variety of criteria.

The next step is integrating NCPH’s blog, History@Work, and the Public History Commons into this new digital space. Stay tuned for updates!
