ANNOUNCEMENTS
- AASLH published Making History at 250: The Field Guide for the Semiquincentennial on July 1 as a resource for the history community to help think of guiding themes, goals, and ideas as the 250th commemoration of the United States approaches in 2026.
- The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) has announced $51.6 million in emergency relief funding for state and jurisdictional humanities councils.

- The Mid-Atlantic Regional Archives Conference is accepting submissions for the Arline Custer Memorial Award, due July 31, 2021
- AASLH is accepting applications for several Small Museums Scholarships for their 2021 online conference, due by August 1, 2021
- AASLH is accepting applications for the 2021 Douglas Evelyn Diversity Fellowship, due by August 2, 2021
- The Albert Lepage Center for History in the Public Interest at Villanova University is accepting proposals for their Turning Points in History Grant, due August 31, 2021
