- The American Association for State and Local History has released a new report, History in Our Parks: Results from a National Survey of Practitioners.
- The National Park Service has announced $73,600,000 in historic preservation grants to states and tribes.

- The National Historical Publications & Records Commission is accepting applications for the NHPRC-Mellon Planning Grants for Collaborative Digital Editions in African American, Asian American, Hispanic American, and Native American History and Ethnic Studies, due June 8, 2022
- The Western History Association is accepting nominations for the Louise Pubols Public History Prize, due June 30, 2022
- The State Historical Society of Missouri is accepting applications for two Center for Missouri Studies Fellowships, due September 6, 2022
