- The American Academy of Arts & Sciences published findings from their “The Humanities in American Life: Insights for History” survey
- The Albert Lepage Center in the Public Interest at Villanova University announced the recipients of their “COVID-19 Grants for History in the Public Interest”
AWARDS AND FUNDING
- The application deadline for the American Society for Environmental History’s fellowships is November 20, 2020
- The submission deadline for the American Society for Environmental History’s awards is November 20, 2020
- The Linda Hall Library’s fellowship applications are due January 15, 2021
- The New-York Historical Society offers a variety of 2021-2022 fellowships, the deadline for most of which is January 15, 2021

- The New Jersey Historical Commission will hold their “Battles for the Ballot: New Jersey Voting Rights, Then and Now” conference online on November 13, 2020
- The Daughters of the American Revolution Museum will host “Designing the Gilded Age: A Virtual Symposium” on November 13, 2020
- The Association for Living History, Farm and Agricultural Museums calls for proposals for their 2021 annual meeting, “Looking Forward … The Next 50 Years,” in Sauder Village, Archbold, Ohio, June 11-14, 2021 (deadline is November 15, 2020)
- The State Historical Society of Missouri calls for papers and proposals for the virtual Missouri Conference on History, March 10-12, 2021 (deadline is December 1, 2020)
