CONFERENCE venue and HOTEL block
Le Centre Sheraton Montreal is the primary venue for the in-person NCPH 2022 conference sessions and events. The National Council on Public History has secured a block of rooms at the hotel for NCPH 2022. The NCPH room rate is $205 CAD/night for single or double occupancy (note that this will be lower in USD). Reservations must be made by March 2, 2022. If the block fills before this date, we’ll update you here.
To reserve a room, click here or call +1 514-878-2000 and request a room in the National Council on Public History’s block. Sometimes there are errors with the hotel block that become apparent when bookings start to come in; if you run into an issue, email Program Manager Meghan Hillman at [email protected] so we can look into it!
A few notes about our hotel and COVID-19:
- Wearing masks is mandatory in common areas.
- Quebec’s vaccine passport will be enforced; if you cannot provide proof of full vaccination you will not be able to participate in the in-person conference.
- Most hotel amenities are operational, with the exception of room service.
- We ask you to be patient with the conference hotel, as they are not yet operating at full staff capacity due to COVID-19. They will be increasing capacity over the next several months, and expect to be close to pre-pandemic levels of staffing by the time of our conference next March.
