Our host hotel for NCPH 2025 is Le Centre Sheraton Montréal (a Marriott property). The property is a four-star hotel and has just completed a full renovation during the COVID-19 shut-down. Click this link to book your room now.
The following rates will apply to rooms in the NCPH block (exchange rate is estimated):

Room rates are available three days prior to and three days following the dates of the room block. Reservations must be received on or before the cut-off date of March 5, 2025. While only double-double rooms are contracted with the hotel, you can call the hotel to indicate your preference in a King room and they will do their best to accommodate. When you check in, please confirm your preferred room type for best results.
Students interested in receiving the special student rate can email Program Meghan Hillman at [email protected] to be put on the list to receive a link when that block is available, and will be accommodated in the order your request is received.
Passport Info
Don’t forget to get or renew your passport if you are traveling from outside Canada! Routine processing times are 6-8 weeks (plus time to send via mail), and while expedited requests are available, we recommend you take care of this sooner rather than later!
