• The American Alliance of Museums promotes its Invite Congress to Visit Your Museum 2023 week taking place August 14-18, 2023
• The opening reception for “Unmasked: The Anti-Lynching Exhibits of 1935 and Community Remembrance in Indiana,” will take place at the Crispus Attucks Museum, Indianapolis, Indiana, US, August 11, 2023 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Eastern
• The Society of American Archivists Council will host an online, open forum to discuss proposed revisions to the SAA constitution and bylaws on August 14, 2023, 4:00 pm Eastern

• The Coalition for Western Women’s History is accepting applications for their Irene Ledesma Prize, intended for PhD students, through August 15, 2023
• The National Trust for Historic Preservation is accepting grant applications for their Preserving Black Churches project, deadline August 23, 2023
• The American Council of Learned Societies is accepting applications for the ACLS Open Access Book Prize and Arcadia Open Access Publishing Award, due September 1, 2023
• The Lepage Center at Villanova University is accepting proposals for its “Cities in Historical Perspective” grants, due September 3, 2023
