The 2023 NCPH annual meeting Program will appear in digital format in early November 2022 and in print at the conference next April. The digital Program will be shared with 10,000+ email contacts. We’ll also link it numerous times in member emails between November 1, 2022 and April 12, 2023 (reaching 1,600+ members) and share it often on our Twitter and Facebook pages (reaching a combined 25,000+ social media followers). The print Program will be provided to all attendees onsite.

Regular ads of all sizes run in full color in the digital Program and in black-and-white in the onsite print Program. Cover ads run in color in both print and digital versions of the Program.


Ad files must be received no later than October 15, 2022 for inclusion in the early digital Program. Ad files must be received by February 15, 2023 for inclusion in the updated digital and final print Programs.

Images must be high-resolution (at least 300 dpi) with images and fonts embedded. Image must be in PDF or JPG format. Dimensions of the file must match the reserved ad space and include bleed if necessary.
