Hotel and Travel Information

Our host hotel for NCPH 2025 is Le Centre Sheraton Montréal (a Marriott property). The property is a four-star hotel and has just completed a full renovation during the COVID-19 shut-down. Our block closed on March 5, 2025! 

The following rates will apply to rooms in the NCPH block (exchange rate is estimated):

Room rates are available three days prior to and three days following the dates of the room block. Reservations must be received on or before the cut-off date of March 5, 2025. While only double-double rooms are contracted with the hotel, you can call the hotel to indicate your preference in a King room and they will do their best to accommodate. When you check in, please confirm your preferred room type for best results.

  • The NCPH 2023 Program is posted at https://ncph.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/2023-Annual-Meeting-Program-Final-Web.pdf. It will be available in print at the conference.
  • All conference attendees are expected to adhere to NCPH’s Events Code of Conduct, adopted by our Board of Directors last November. If you need to report a violation, you can do so by emailing [email protected]. This email will go directly to NCPH’s Executive Director, Stephanie Rowe, and several officers of the Board.
  • We will provide a projector, screen, HDMI hookup, microphone, and speakers. Sessions are typically set theater-style, workshops classroom-style, and working groups in a U formation for discussants with room for audience seating. PRESENTERS MUST BRING A LAPTOP FOR YOUR SESSION. We will not provide laptops.
